Team Manager Checklist
Pre-Tournament
Read the Information Guide
Read the Competition Regulations
Read the Dribl Guide
Create/Login to your existing Dribl account
Register your Team - you will need to know:
Club name and Team name
Age group and Division that best suits your team
Past season’s performance (including domestic competition division and standings, and Kanga Cup division and standings if applicable)
Follow instructions on confirmation emails - share team code with the players.
Some emails may be filtered into your spam or junk folder. If you have not received a Kanga Cup email, please check those folders first. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us for assistance.
Complete any required Dispensation Form
Complete Sanction Dispensation Form
Ensure all players are registered through Dribl
Register for Team Photo through Sports In Focus
Check out Welcome to Canberra, Venues and Sponsorship & Merchandise page
Book accommodation if required
Check competition pools when released
Check fixtures when released and prepare for Game Day
Ensure that Team Managers/Coaches have match sheet access via Dribl app
Stay up to date on socials and emails for any latest news
Bring your own substitution bench if you would like one
During the Tournament
Ensure Dribl app notifications are turned on to stay up to date with fixtures, including any last-minute changes
Complete match sheet via Dribl app 30mins prior to kick off (including jersey numbers)
Confirm opposition match sheet prior to kick off
Provide Assistant Referee if required
At end of match, confirm scores on paper match sheet provided by referee
Double check if the scores are correct in Dribl at end of each day
